CMB International Securities Limited (“CMBIS”) is dedicated to making a greener future. In order to save the environment and reduce paper consumption, no printed daily and monthly statements (“statements”) will be mailed to you from 14 October 2019 (“Effective Date”).
Starting from the Effective Date, your e-statements will be sent to your designated email address and you may also simply login to the mobile APP account to enquire and/or download your e-statement(s). In order to receive and enquire your e-statements, you are suggested to update your designated email address registered with CMBIS and download the mobile APP at your earliest convenience. If you haven’t used the Mobile APP Account service before, please follow below instructions to register:
1.Please search for “壹隆環球” at the official APP store or scan the QR Code to download the “壹隆環球” Mobile APP.
2.Open “壹隆環球” APP and Select “Login/Register”.
3.Follow the instructions to provide your account no. and password of online trading account to complete the registration.
4.Click on “Account Service-View e-Statement” to check and/or download your daily and monthly statements.
If you continue to receive printed statements by mail, there will be a monthly flat rate of HK$20 per account directly debited from your account.

How to view your Daily/Monthly Statements in “壹隆環球” Mobile APP
1.Click “Statement Enquiry”after Login
2.Choose “Daily Statement” or “Monthly Statement” then Click “View”
