1. Virtual Asset Market Trading Hours and Matching Rules

• Trading Hours: Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day (no closures due to public holidays, bad weather, etc.).
• Virtual Asset Market Trading Sessions: Orders are accepted and continuous trading is conducted 24 hours a day (no separate call auctions, non - cancellable periods, or other similar arrangements).

2. Trading Methods and Channels

• Currently, only mobile trading is available; manual order placement, telephone entrusted orders, or web - based order placement are not supported.
• Mobile (IOS/Android): Check market conditions, conduct online transactions, query accounts, and get asset quotes through the "Yat Lung Global" APP.

3. Guidelines for Opening a Virtual Asset Trading Account

• The APP supports professional investor individual clients to open a virtual asset account on the basis of an existing securities account. If you have not opened a securities cash account, you need to complete the opening of a securities cash account first before applying for a virtual asset account.

• Steps for Opening a Virtual Asset Account (for reference):

  • 1. Click [More Services] - after entering the page, click [Open Virtual Asset Account], read the relevant account opening documents, and click [Apply to Open Virtual Asset Account].

  • 2. Answer the account opening requirement questionnaire

    • 1) If you have not answered the derivative product knowledge questionnaire or your answer is not qualified, you need to complete the derivative product knowledge questionnaire first.
    • 2) If you have not answered the full version of the investment risk orientation assessment questionnaire or your answer has expired, you need to complete the full version of the investment risk orientation assessment questionnaire first.
  • 3. Select the notification method for transaction confirmations and statement documents.
  • 4. Confirm the virtual asset trading - related risk content.
  • 5. Sign the virtual asset account opening agreement.
  • 6. Submit successfully
• After completing the signature, you can submit the account opening application, and you can check the account opening progress here at any time.

4. Trading and Settlement

• T0 trading: Same - day trading is allowed.

5. Types of Virtual Asset Entrusted Orders

• Only "limit orders" are accepted.
• No order modification is allowed. If you want to modify an order, you must first cancel the order and then entrust a new one.
